Our registered office is not our returns address. Please follow the instructions in our Returns and Refund Policy before sending an item back to us.
Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you.
- These terms
These Terms and Conditions apply when you visit our website, create an account or purchase a product from us.
Please read them carefully before placing an order. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Returns and Refund Policy.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects your statutory rights.
- Using our website
You may use our website only for lawful purposes.
You must not:
• Use the website fraudulently or unlawfully
• Introduce viruses, malicious code or other harmful material
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website or its systems
• Interfere with the security or operation of the website
• Collect information about other users without permission
• Copy or commercially exploit any part of the website without our permission
• Use the website in a way that infringes the rights of another person
We may suspend or restrict access to the website if we reasonably believe it is being misused.
- Product information
We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, measurements, prices and other information are accurate.
Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen, device settings, lighting and the natural characteristics of materials. Product measurements are approximate, and reasonable manufacturing variations may occur.
Please read the product description and size information carefully before placing an order.
Packaging may vary from the images shown on our website. We may make minor changes to a product where necessary, provided those changes do not materially affect its quality or appearance.
- Availability
All products are subject to availability. Placing an item in your basket does not reserve it.
If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible and refund any amount paid for the unavailable item.
We may limit the quantity of a product that one customer may purchase, particularly for limited-edition items.
- Placing an order
When you place an order, you are offering to purchase the products in your basket.
After placing your order, you will receive an email acknowledging that we have received it. This acknowledgement does not mean that your order has been accepted.
A contract between you and us is formed when we send you confirmation that your order has been accepted or dispatched.
We may refuse or cancel an order before dispatch where there is a legitimate reason to do so. This may include:
• A product being unavailable
• Incorrect pricing or product information
• A payment not being authorised
• Suspected fraud or misuse
• A delivery address being outside an area we serve
• A breach of these Terms and Conditions
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the relevant amount to your original payment method.
- Your information
You must provide complete and accurate information when placing an order, including your name, email address, billing information and delivery address.
Please check your order and delivery details carefully before submitting your order. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible at hello@denamccullaghlondon.com.
We cannot guarantee that an order or delivery address can be changed after the order has been processed or dispatched.
- Prices and payment
All prices are shown in pounds sterling.
The price charged will be the price displayed when you place your order, except where there is an obvious pricing error.
Delivery charges will be shown separately before you complete checkout.
We may change our prices at any time, but a change will not affect an order we have already accepted.
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Shopify and the relevant payment provider.
If we discover an obvious error in the price of a product after you have ordered it, we will contact you. You may choose to continue with the correct price or cancel the order for a full refund.
- Promotions and discount codes
Promotions and discount codes may be subject to additional conditions, including expiry dates, minimum spending requirements and product exclusions.
Unless stated otherwise, discount codes cannot be used together, exchanged for cash or applied retrospectively to an order already placed.
We may withdraw or amend a promotion where reasonably necessary. This will not affect an order already accepted.
- Delivery
We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.
Information about delivery charges, estimated times and available services can be found in our Shipping Policy.
Delivery times are estimates. We will take reasonable steps to deliver your order within the stated timeframe, but delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our reasonable control.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and ensuring that somebody can accept the parcel where necessary.
Responsibility for the products passes to you when they are delivered to you, or to another person identified by you to receive them.
Please contact us if your order has not arrived within the timeframe stated in our Shipping Policy.
- Cancelling an order and making a return
Your cancellation and return rights are explained fully in our Returns and Refund Policy.
For most online purchases, you have 14 days after receiving your order to tell us that you wish to cancel and return it. After notifying us, you then have a further 14 days to send the item back.
To request a return, email hello@denamccullaghlondon.com with your order number. We will provide the relevant return instructions and address.
Unless an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, you will normally be responsible for the cost of returning it.
Items should be returned in accordance with the conditions in our Returns and Refund Policy. We may reduce a refund where an item has been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect and try it on.
Personalised or custom-made products cannot normally be returned unless they are faulty. Gift cards are non-returnable except where required by law.
- Faulty, damaged or incorrect products
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us as soon as possible if a product is faulty, damaged or incorrect.
Products must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for their intended purpose. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits your legal rights in relation to faulty or misdescribed products.
Where a product is faulty, damaged or incorrect, we will offer the remedy required by applicable consumer law and cover reasonable return costs where appropriate.
- Refunds
Approved refunds will be made to your original payment method.
Further information about refund eligibility, return postage and processing times is provided in our Returns and Refund Policy.
Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to show a refund in your account after we have processed it.
- Customer accounts
You may be able to create a customer account through our website.
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity carried out through your account. Please contact us promptly if you believe somebody has accessed your account without permission.
You must ensure that the information held in your account remains accurate and current.
We may suspend or close an account where we reasonably believe it has been used fraudulently, unlawfully or in breach of these Terms and Conditions.

• It does not infringe another person’s rights
• It is not unlawful, abusive, threatening, defamatory or misleading
• It does not contain malicious software, advertising or spam
You give us permission to display, reproduce and use content that you deliberately submit for publication in connection with our website, products and marketing.
We may remove submitted content where we reasonably believe it breaches these Terms and Conditions or applicable law.
- Third-party services and links
Our website may contain links to websites or services operated by third parties.
We are not responsible for the content, availability, privacy practices or security of websites that we do not operate. You should review the terms and privacy policies of a third-party website before using it or providing personal information.
The inclusion of a link does not necessarily mean that we endorse the third party or its products or services.
- Shopify
Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform used to operate our website and process transactions.
Any purchase you make through this store is made directly between you and Dena McCullagh London Ltd. Shopify is our ecommerce service provider and is not the seller of our products.
Shopify processes certain personal information as explained in our Privacy Policy and Shopify’s own privacy information.
- Privacy and cookies
We collect and use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Our website also uses cookies and similar technologies. Information about how these are used and how you can manage your preferences is provided through our cookie banner and privacy settings.
- Website availability
We aim to keep our website available and operating correctly, but we cannot guarantee that access will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
We may temporarily suspend, withdraw or restrict the website for maintenance, security, operational or technical reasons.
We are not responsible for losses caused solely by a temporary interruption that was outside our reasonable control, provided we have taken reasonable care.
- Our responsibility to you
We do not exclude or limit our responsibility where it would be unlawful to do so.
This includes responsibility for:
• Death or personal injury caused by our negligence
• Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
• Breach of your statutory rights
• Any other matter that cannot legally be excluded or limited
We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms and Conditions or our failure to use reasonable care and skill.
We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable when the contract was formed or for business losses arising from a purchase made for commercial purposes.
- Events outside our control
We will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.
These may include severe weather, transport disruption, postal or carrier delays, industrial action, interruptions to utilities or communications, natural disasters, government action or other exceptional events.
If such an event significantly affects your order, we will contact you and take reasonable steps to minimise the disruption. Your statutory rights will remain unaffected.
- Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions where necessary to reflect changes to our business, services or legal obligations.
The updated version will be published on our website with a revised “Last updated” date.
The terms that applied when you placed an order will continue to apply to that order unless a change is required by law.
- Severability
If any part of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining sections will continue to apply.
- Governing law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, except that if you live elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you may also be entitled to bring proceedings in the courts where you live.
Nothing in this section affects any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
