Shipping Policy

UK delivery

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

Standard UK delivery costs £4.95. Delivery is free on orders over £100.

Orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48. We aim to dispatch orders within 1 to 2 working days. Once dispatched, delivery will usually take a further 2 to 3 working days.

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information when your order is on its way.

Orders placed during weekends or bank holidays will be processed from the next working day.

Delivery delays

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control. If your order has not arrived within seven working days of receiving your dispatch confirmation, please contact us at hello@denamccullaghlondon.com.

Delivery addresses

Please make sure your delivery address is complete and correct before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been dispatched.

International delivery

We do not currently offer international delivery.
